My first Waurstafford Champion was Ch. Waurstafford Jinga, a beautiful red girl who looked so much like Ch. Weycombe Timothy, her Great Great Grandfather. I can remember the Swedish Judge at the Adelaide Royal Show in 1980 when he gave Jinga Puppy of Breed, saying “what a lovely good size head she had”.
Again when she was 16 years old and in the Veterans Class, Clare Lee an English Specialist Judge said “she was still got her head”. I replied it had shrunk to what it was. Jinga was the Dam of Ch. Waurstafford Alvina, Ch. Waurstafford April Sun and Waurstafford Alt Algy. Grand Dam of Ch. Firelions Dellas Gold, Ch. Waurstafford Shaker, Ch. Waurstafford Saladin, Ch. Waurstafford Celtic Lass and Ch. Waurstafford Cashmere, who have well and truly kept her lines going. | ||
